We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp at 03153100063 or at info@luxeofficial.pk within 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order number, clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video. We will replace the item or refund you, at no extra cost.

Exchanges

You can ask to exchange an unused item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags. The customer pays delivery charges for exchanges that are not caused by a mistake from our side.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of:

Opened or used grooming appliances, unless they are faulty
Lingerie and other intimate items
Items bought on final sale, unless damaged or wrong
Free gifts

How to request a return or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at 03153100063 with your order number and the reason.
We will reply with the return address and next steps.
Send the item back safely packed. We check it when it arrives.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days after we receive and check the item. Delivery is free, so there are no delivery charges to refund.
