By using this website or placing an order with Luxe, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We try to show every product, colour and price accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or plated items may vary a little. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price, we will contact you before sending the order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the order cannot be confirmed, or we suspect a false order. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery. Other payment methods, if offered, are shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Product use

Please read product details and care instructions. For grooming appliances, read the maker’s instructions before first use and follow the safety guidance supplied with the product. Keep products away from children.

To the extent allowed by law, Luxe is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.
