Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Orders we cannot confirm may be held or cancelled.

Processing and delivery time

We usually pack and send confirmed orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather or in remote areas.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free all over Pakistan, with no minimum order. We deliver within Pakistan only.

Cash on delivery

Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives. Please do not refuse a parcel you ordered; refused parcels cost us delivery charges both ways.

Tracking

Once your order is sent, you can ask for tracking details on WhatsApp at 03153100063.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of wrong details or no one being available, we will contact you to arrange delivery again; extra delivery charges may apply.
